In order to comply with the provisions of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (the "Law") and based on Articles 8, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 36; Capital Natural, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (the "Administrator") with domicile at Avenida Ricardo Margáin NO. 440, Office 1702, Colonia Valle del Campestre, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66265 (the "Administrator's Address"), is responsible for the confidentiality, use and protection of the personal information that you may provide to us through the different means that we use for the diffusion of goods and services.

Therefore, your personal information will be used for identification purposes in any type of legal or business relationship you have with us, including the rental and acquisition of the required goods or services, to inform you about advances or changes in the Projects or about new services related to the Projects, to invite you to participate in events, for marketing and commercial prospecting purposes and to comply with the obligations contracted with you.

For the above purposes, we may require your name, address, telephone number, email address, marital status, RFC, CURP, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, age, credit and property information because if we do not have this information we would not be able to inform you about the above. You have the right to access your personal data that we possess and the details of the treatment of the same, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or instruct us to cancel them when you consider that they are excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their collection or oppose the treatment of the same for specific purposes.

The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of these rights are through the presentation of the respective request, which must include the data established in Article 29 of the Law, either in our offices located at the Company's domicile before the Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data or at the following e-mail address recepcion@capitalnatural.com.mx.

We will have a maximum of 5 business days to respond to your request and we will inform you electronically about the proceeding.

We inform you that your personal information will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those necessary to provide you with our services in a timely manner, safeguarding your protection and confidentiality, without the need to obtain your authorization in terms of article 37 of the Law. It is important to inform you that we will not share your personal information with third parties if they are not our affiliates and/or subsidiaries, or any third party duly contracted with information confidentiality and personal data protection clauses.

If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data within the first 3 calendar days of receiving this document, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so.

The Person Responsible for the Processing of your Personal Data, the Human Resources Director, may in turn appoint one or more third party natural persons to assist him/her, both located at the Company's domicile.
